New Bedroom Part 2

It has been exactly three weeks today that me and my mom moved into a brand new condo across town. I am starting to get use to a new place and I'm really enjoying it here. As you know from part 1 of my new bedroom post I was really exciting about redecorating a brand new space, and now it is finally done! I am going to post pictures of everything in my bedroom and I will explain where I got every piece of furniture and how much I paid. Please excuse the horrible lighting, but my chandelier reflects a lot and it is night time!

This is the entrance to my room, I really like how the door is positioned. I think it is a nice accent to the room!

This is my bed (Obvious, no?) I got the bed frame from Ikea, as you will notice all of my furniture is from there, I love that store! My bed frame was $149.00 +$50.00 for a wooden support because I do not have a box spring. This is the queen size. My bedding is also from Ikea and the two aqua accent pillows are from Home Sense, and the two pink accent pillows are from Home Depot. (I was surprised too!)

On the right of my bed is my night stand, I also got this from Ikea and it was $9.99, what a steal! On top I have my teal lamp from Home Sense which was $39.99, I was really please to find this because I was looking for a lamp for about two weeks and I could not find what I was looking for and I am really glad I didn't decide to just "settle" for just anything! I also have a book from Anthropologie which was very pricey but I needed to have it. Next to it is a candle & candle holder from Bath & Body Works.

To the left of my door is my dresser. Again, also from Ikea. I believe this is $99.99 but I picked it up about a year ago when it was on sale for $69.99. I really like it because it is an off white, or as they call it "Vintage White."On top I have an antique glass tray that my mom gave me a couple of years ago which I am so in love with! I love how it looks with all of my perfumes. Above the dresser is a mirror that I got from Home Sense for $29.99, I found it in the kids section but thought it would go nice with my decor!

To the left of my bed is my latest addition, my comfy accent chair. I picked this up last night when me and my sister in law went to (you guessed it) Ikea! It was $75.00 but I loved it and thought it would fit in really nicely, especially because I have a big book case and I am a heavy reader and I wanted somewhere nice to relax with a book. On top I have a cream throw from Claire De Lune and a pink accent pillow from Deco Deco Verte!

I had to show a picture of my closet doors because I love how huge the closet is! At my old house I had a really big room but a horribly small closet and now my room is fairly small compared to my old one but the closet space definitely makes up for it.

Beside my closet is my book shelf. From Ikea and I got it on sale for $29.99. I really love it because this is a space I get creative and can decorate and change it up every now and then.

This is sort of an over-view of one side of my room. And It is also a picture of my antique sewing chair that my dad bought me a couple of weekends ago (Which I adore soo much!)

Well that is my room all finished! I love it so much and every time I am in it it makes me in such a good mood because its so fun and bright, I really love decorating and for once I can finally say that my room is exactly how I want it!
