FALL & CHATTER

The cool crisp air, pumpkins just around the corner, warm apple pie & candles burning. Have you guessed what I'm talking about? Fall! My favourite season ever. I just love anything fall and fall scented. Pumpkin spiced lattes, mmm! Anything really. Im excited to bust into my fall candles and start wearing big knitted sweaters. But kinda not for long.. It is only this week that its a bit chilly then I think the weather goes back to scorching hot all next week. Honestly this sucks to say but I really hope it gets colder ha! This weather honestly makes me want to relax with coffee netflix and just blog all day. I recently started a new youtube channel where I vlog and make videos about anything from fashion to home decor. I am enjoying that super much! You can catch my new channel here if you're interested. There you can follow me around on whatever I'm doing most days, and find some videos on makeup or tours and hauls. Ive been really into my creative side lately and I am trying out a lot of new things. I recently purchased some watercolour paints and a sketch book. I am really enjoying that a lot. Ive also been journaling a lot and I never really realized how much I enjoy it and how stress releasing it is. I didn't realize that this blog post about fall would turn into this but hey whats better than a little chatter! Its been a while since I've come on here and just chatted with you guys and blurted some things out. I am going to work now, but first let me grab a pumpkin spice latte!

DESK IDEAS

I love love love a new school year! New school supplies, new classes, new clothes, so fun! Ive decided for todays blog post to be about desk decoration. I found this really nice vintage white desk online and I decided that it pairs super nice with golds and the bright pink flowers really pop!

Fall 2015 Outfit

Hey everyone! Fall is creeping up slowly so I've decided to do a post on a cute fall outfit that would be perfect for back to school or work. I love jeans in the fall paired with chunky wool sweaters. And who can pass up this Michael Kors watch, like seriously!

Summer Sandals

Summer time is here and I am loving it! I love summertime because I don't have to wear socks. I hate socks so much, I do not wear them at all in summer and barely in the spring and fall. I am loving the new style of the high laced gladiators I think it is so so so fabulous and I just purchased my first pair today online. I am going away for my summer vacation next week and I think they will be very practical for pretty much my whole trip.

Summer Foundations

These are my ultimate go to foundations for the summer time. Number one is without a doubt my favourite BB cream. This one works amazing for me. I have super oily skin and in the summer time with my career I just don't enjoy wearing tons of makeup but I also don't like wearing none so this works perfectly for me. It is light weight but also has a good amount of coverage for those super hot days. The next two foundations are not BB creams but they are pretty good coverage foundations but also light weight. The FIT foundation is better for dry skin and the dream wonder is somewhere in the middle of dry and oily skin. Sometimes I like to mix my dream wonder foundation with a darker BB cream to get the effects of both for night time. 

I absolutely love spring, it is one of my favorite seasons. I put together a few things that I grabbed for frequently this season. For makeup I love the rimmel stay matte pressed powder. I used this every single day and I used it as a finishing powder after applying foundation. I have very oily skin in the summer time and I find that it really helps with keeping my skin matte all day long and it lasts and it has pretty good coverage. The next makeup item I loved and still love is the voluminous manga mascara. It literally makes you look like you have falsies on no joke it is a gift from god. I use this every single day and have already re-purchased it several times. The candle I've been burning all of spring has been the "Relax" candle by Bath & Body Works. I love this candle, its super relaxing and smells my apartment so nice of lavender. I went through this phase of reading all of John Green's books in like 3 weeks. I absolutely love John Green I think he is an amazing author and I could not put down any of his books. I definitely recommend any of his books to you if you're looking for a easy amazing read. Another thing I have been loving lately is Spotify. Amazing, amazing ,amazing, its the best invention ever and I always have playlists going no matter what I'm doing, driving, cooking, doing homework. The best thing about Spotify is when I want to listen to music but I don't know what to listen too, I can chose from there already made playlists depending on my mood/what I'm doing, etc. For clothing lately I have totally been into high waisted jeans, crop tops and long necklaces. I have no idea why but those 3 things are go to for me. 

Summer

Summer is here! I am beyond excited for summer, it is one of my favourite holidays. You might be wondering where I have been, I have gone through quite a bit of stuff the past few months which explains my absence. I recently started a new job that is normal hours so I will definitely be back blogging since my life is semi-normal again! I recently purchased new bikinis for the summer time. I bought 5 tops and 2 bottoms, why do I need 5 tops I have no idea. One of the bottoms I purchased is black so the tops can be interchangeable which is nice and I switch it up depending on my mood or where I am going. I also bought a season pass for my local Six Flags amusement park which is freaking amazing because I haven't been in over 6 years and now I can go every single day if I wanted too. (Don't judge but if I didn't work I would totally go every damn day.) Im hoping to get back onto some kind of blogging schedule maybe like 3 times a week? Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays would be ideal for a new post. I plan on shopping a lot this summer because I am loving this years style and clothes everything too too cute, so I will have quite a few hauls for y'all. Till next time!
